BS & Partners has gained extensive management experience in industrial and financial restructuring situations and is available to support the company in the development and management of the project. We know how to tackle Restructuring and Turnaround projects, thanks to our multifunctional teams, led by expert Senior Partners.

The restructuring projects in which we are involved frequently require industrial restructuring and must be addressed with teams that include very differentiated skills.

  • Sector expertise: companies to be restructured are characterized by the presence of large gaps compared to the performance of the best competitors. The key to the intervention is the identification of these gaps, and the implementation of the necessary changes.
  • Industrial reorganization skills: the turnaround process always involves structural organizational changes whose implementation requires the temporary intervention of resources with specific union management skills.
  • Financial restructuring skills: Industrial restructuring is often accompanied by financial restructuring. In this case, it is advisable to bring resources into the company who have already experienced this situation and gained experience.
