ISO consulting: certified management systems
We help companies in Switzerland, Italy and international markets implement, certify and maintain ISO management systems.
Not just the paperwork to get through the audit: systems the company actually uses, built around the way it already works and designed to last.
What sets us apart
- A multidisciplinary approach: not only standards, but structural and mechanical engineering and software development as well. When a management system touches real technical processes, the difference shows.
- Ten years in business, 117 projects, work in 9 countries. That international reach counts if your suppliers or clients sit beyond the border.
The standards we work with
Almost all of them have a page of their own, setting out the process, the timescales and the questions that come up most often.
- **ISO 9001** — Quality — the most widely adopted management system in the world, and the foundation of any certification path.
- **ISO 14001** — Environment — keeping environmental impacts and legal obligations under control.
- **ISO 45001** — Occupational safety — managing health and safety, and cutting accidents.
- **ISO 27001** — Information security — protecting data and information, with an eye on the GDPR and the Swiss FADP.
- **ISO 42001** — Artificial intelligence — the first management system for AI, with the AI Act in view.
- **Carbon footprint** — ISO 14064 and 14067 — measuring emissions for CSRD, ESG and supply chain requests.
- **Gender equality** — UNI/PdR 125 — the certification that brings social security relief and points in tenders (Italy).
- ISO 13485 — management systems for medical devices.
- ISO 50001 — energy management.
- ISO 37001 — anti-bribery management systems.
- ISO 39001 — road traffic safety.
- ISO 20121 — sustainable events.
- EN 1090 — CE marking of steel and aluminium structures.
The integrated management system
One standard on its own is often not enough. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 — and others besides — can be certified together, under a single management system.
The gain is a real one: one context analysis, one documentation structure, one internal audit cycle, one assessment by the body. Lower cost, less duplication and, above all, a system the company sees as a single tool rather than three separate obligations.
How we work
The route is the same for every standard, and it always begins with a free preliminary assessment: we look at how you work today and at what is missing against the standard. From there come planning, building the system, training the people, the internal audit, and finally the certification body’s audit. Once the certificate is in hand, maintenance carries on over a three-year cycle.
Each stage is set out in full on the individual standard pages: ISO 9001 is the most complete example.
What we actually do
- Initial review and gap analysis: where you stand today against the standard
- Context analysis, interested parties, assessment of risks and opportunities
- Process mapping and drafting of the documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions)
- Training staff on their roles and on how the system works
- Internal audits and handling of non-conformities
- Preparation for, and support during, the certification body’s audit
- Help choosing the body best suited to your sector and your needs
- Keeping the system alive over the three-year cycle: surveillance audits and recertification
